How do I cancel an order?

Before the Order is Shipped:

- You can cancel your order directly from your account:
  1. Go to Order History and locate the order you want to cancel.
  2. Click Cancel Order and confirm your cancellation.
After the Order is Shipped:
- Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
- In such cases, you can initiate a return once the item is delivered.

Refund for Canceled Orders:

If the order is canceled before shipment, the refund will be processed within 3-7 business days, depending on your payment method.
